Build & ship

One app instead of ten subscriptions

Small businesses end up renting six SaaS tools that each do half the job - and paying by the seat for features nobody uses. We replace the stack with one app built for exactly how you work. You own it, and the monthly bills stop.

  • One tool, not ten logins
  • No per-seat fees, ever
  • Only the features you use
  • You own it outright

You might need this

When the subscriptions outnumber the staff

Eleven tabs to run a five-person business

Every tool solved one problem the day you bought it. Together they’re a monthly bill nobody has audited in a year - and half the logins are barely touched.

Each app does 60% of what you need

So you glue them together with spreadsheets, copy-paste and a stack of manual steps. The gaps between the tools are where your team loses its afternoons.

You pay per seat for features you’ll never use

SaaS pricing is built for enterprises. You’re on a 500-person company’s plan to unlock one checkbox - and the bill climbs every time you add a staff member.

Your data is scattered across six vendors

Customers here, invoices there, bookings somewhere else. Nothing talks to anything, and if a vendor hikes its price or shuts down, your data is hostage.

The build

What replacing the stack looks like

We map what your tools actually do, keep the parts you use, drop the parts you don’t, and build one app that fits your business - then help you switch off the subscriptions.

  • Audit

    Stack audit & honest maths

We list every tool, what it costs and what you actually use it for. Sometimes the answer is “keep that one” - we’ll tell you when a subscription is genuinely worth more than a build.

  • Scope

    Only the features you use

The bloated 90% you’re paying for never gets built. We scope the 10% your business actually runs on, so the tool stays simple, fast and easy to learn.

  • Build

    One app, your workflow

Bookings, invoicing, clients, intake forms - whatever your stack does - rebuilt as a single tool that matches how your business already works.

  • Data

    Bring your data across

We export from each SaaS tool and import it cleanly, so you start day one with your customers, history and records intact - nothing left stranded.

  • Switch

    Cancel with confidence

The new tool runs alongside the old stack until you trust it, then we help you cancel each subscription in order. No cliff edge, no lost month.

  • Own

    Yours, no monthly rent

The code, the data and the hosting are yours. You pay to build it once, not to keep renting it - and no vendor can price you out or switch it off.

  • Support

    Support without the lock-in

We stay on for fixes and new features at a fair rate, or hand it to your own developer. Support is a choice here, not a subscription you can’t leave.

Why now

Owning beats renting again

For a decade, SaaS was the obvious answer - building custom software cost more than years of subscriptions ever would. AI has flipped that maths. The cost of building the app has collapsed, while subscription prices only climb, and they climb with every seat you add.

For a small business on a stack of mid-tier plans, a single owned tool now pays for itself in a year or two. Everything after that is money that used to leave your account every month, staying in it instead.

  • The bills stop, the asset stays

A subscription is rent you pay forever for nothing you keep. A build is an asset on your side of the ledger - it costs nothing to keep running but hosting.

  • Priced for you, not for enterprise

No per-seat tax, no “contact sales” tier to unlock a basic feature. Add ten staff without the bill moving a cent.

  • One source of truth

Your data lives in one place you control - not scattered across six vendors’ servers with six export buttons and six privacy policies.

How it runs

Audit, build, switch off

  1. 1

    Stack audit

We list your tools, costs and what each is really for - and tell you honestly what’s worth replacing and what to keep.

  2. 2

    Prototype

A clickable version of the replacement, plus the real maths: build cost versus what you’re paying now.

  3. 3

    Build

The app takes shape against fixed milestones, with your data imported and weekly demos on a staging URL.

  4. 4

    Run in parallel

The new tool runs beside your old stack until you trust it with real work.

  5. 5

    Switch off

We help you cancel each subscription in order, and the monthly bills stop for good.

Fair questions

Before you ask

How do I know a build is cheaper than my subscriptions?

The stack audit does the maths before you commit. We add up what you pay per year, project it over three to five years, and compare it to a fixed build price. If your subscriptions genuinely cost less than replacing them, we’ll tell you to keep them - that’s a real answer we give.

What if one of my tools is actually great?

Then keep it. This isn’t about replacing everything for the sake of it - it’s about cutting the tools that only half-fit and the bills that don’t earn their place. We’re happy to build around a tool you love and integrate the new app with it.

Isn’t SaaS safer - maintained, updated, backed up?

Those are real benefits, and we build them in: managed hosting, automatic backups, monitoring and security done properly. The difference is you’re not renting them forever, and no vendor can raise the price or discontinue the product out from under you.

What happens to my data in the old tools?

We export it from each service and import it into the new app before you cancel anything. You keep the historical records, and because you own the new database, there’s no export button you’ll ever have to beg a vendor for again.

We’re not very technical. Is a custom tool harder to use?

Usually it’s easier. Off-the-shelf apps are built for every business, so they’re full of settings and features you don’t need. Yours is built for your one workflow, so there’s less to learn - if your team needs training to use it, we designed it wrong.

How much does it cost?

A fixed price set after the stack audit and prototype, so you see the full number - and the payback period against your current bills - before committing. Simple replacements start small; the price scales with how many tools you’re consolidating, not with hours burned.

Add it up

What are you renting that you could own?

Send us the list of tools you’re paying for each month. You’ll get an honest read on which are worth replacing, and the maths on what one owned app would cost against your subscriptions.
