Build & ship
Vibe coding completions
You got 80% of the way there with Cursor, Lovable, v0 or Claude. We do the hard 20% - security, auth, data, deployment and the features that stopped cooperating - and get it live properly.
- Free review of what you’ve built
- Fixed quote - no open-ended rescue billing
- Your repo, your accounts, your app
- No judgement. Seriously.
gce rescue ./inventory-app
reviewing 48 files ........... done
auth missing on 6 api routes
api keys exposed in client bundle
prod database = dev database
gce rescue --fix
auth, rate limits, backups, ci added
deployed → app.yourdomain.com
Sound familiar?
Where vibe-coded projects get stuck
It works on your machine - and only there
The demo runs locally, but deployment, environment variables and a real domain are a wall the AI keeps talking you in circles about.
The AI started going in loops
Every fix breaks something else. The codebase has grown past what fits in a context window, and the model no longer knows what it wrote.
Login, payments or email half-work
The parts that touch real users and real money are exactly the parts AI tools are most confidently wrong about.
You’re worried about what you can’t see
Is the database exposed? Are the API keys in the client? You don’t know what you don’t know - and shipping it to customers like that is a risk.
The completion
What's included
A senior developer reads what the AI wrote - all of it - then we secure it, finish it and ship it. You get findings in writing before anything is billed.
- Review
Honest code review
What’s solid, what’s salvageable and what needs rebuilding, in plain writing. This is where the fixed quote comes from - and the review itself is free.
- Security
Security pass
Authentication, authorisation, exposed secrets, injection risks and rate limiting - the standard gaps in AI-generated code, closed.
- Data
Database done properly
Schema cleanup, real migrations, backups, and a production database that isn’t also your development database.
- Finish
The stubborn 20%
The features the AI couldn’t land - payments, email, file handling, that one screen - built by someone who’s built them before.
- Deploy
Real deployment
CI, staging and production environments, monitoring, error tracking and your own domain. Deploys become boring, which is the goal.
- Handover
Tidy repo & handover
A cleaned-up repository, a README that tells the truth, and a setup that lets you keep vibe-coding safely on branches - with guardrails.
No judgement
Vibe coding got you further than a quote would have
Building your own prototype with AI tools was the smart move - you proved the idea and got a working demo for the cost of a subscription. Most of our completion clients understood their business problem better than any agency discovery phase would have.
Finishing is a different skill. AI-written codebases fail in predictable places, and we fix the same ten problems every week. That predictability is why we can quote fixed-price.
-
We read every line the AI wrote
Not a skim - a real review. The dangerous problems in AI code are the quiet ones: missing auth checks, secrets in the bundle, unvalidated input.
-
Fixed quote, not an open-ended rescue
After the free review you get findings and a fixed price. If a rebuild would be cheaper than a rescue, we say so before you spend anything.
-
You keep building afterwards
We set up branch protection, tests and CI so you can keep using Cursor or Claude on new features without breaking production.
How a completion runs
Review first, quote second, then the work
- 1
Send access
A repo invite or a zip - plus two sentences on what the app is meant to do. NDA first if you’d like one.
- 2
Free review
Written findings: what’s good, what’s risky, what’s missing - and a fixed quote to finish it.
- 3
Stabilise
Security and data first. The app becomes safe before it becomes pretty.
- 4
Complete
The remaining features built and the rough edges polished, with progress you can click on a staging URL.
- 5
Deploy & handover
Live on your domain with monitoring, then a handover that leaves you able to keep building.
Fair questions
Before you ask
Is my code good enough to keep?
Usually partly - AI tools tend to produce reasonable UI and structure, with the serious gaps hiding in security, data handling and the integrations. The free review tells you exactly what’s worth keeping. When a fresh rebuild would honestly be cheaper than a rescue, we say that up front and quote both ways.
Will you laugh at my code?
No. We see AI-generated codebases every week and they all have the same character: fast, enthusiastic, and missing the boring safety parts. There’s nothing in your repo we haven’t seen ten times. Sending it over is the whole point of the free review.
What tools and stacks do you work with?
Everything the popular AI builders produce: JavaScript and TypeScript, React, Next.js and Astro, Node APIs, Python backends, and the usual suspects underneath - Supabase, Firebase, Postgres, Stripe, Vercel and friends. Projects from Cursor, Lovable, v0, Bolt, Replit and Claude Code all land here regularly.
Can I keep vibe coding after you’re done?
Yes - and we encourage it. Part of the handover is setting up guardrails: tests, CI checks and branch protection, so you can keep building features with AI tools and nothing reaches production until it passes. You get the speed without the 2am outages.
Will you sign an NDA?
Happily - send yours or we’ll provide a simple mutual one. Your idea and your code stay yours, and everything stays in your own repo and accounts.
What does it cost?
The review is free. The completion is quoted fixed-price from the findings, and it scales with what’s actually left to do - a security-and-deploy pass on a mostly-working app is a very different job from finishing half an application. Either way you know the number before we start.
Free code review
Send us the repo
A link to the repository or the running app, plus what it’s meant to do. You’ll get honest findings and a fixed quote - not a lecture.
