Custom theme or customised theme - which do we need?
If a quality theme covers 90% of your design with light customisation, that’s the better-value answer and we’ll tell you so. A fully custom theme earns its cost when the brand, catalogue or buying journey genuinely doesn’t fit any template - usually for established stores with real traffic.
Can you migrate our order history and SEO?
Yes. Products, customers and order history come across (order history arrives via import apps or API, with some platform-specific limits we’ll flag up front), and every old URL gets a redirect so your rankings follow you rather than resetting.
Do you work with Shopify Plus?
Yes - checkout extensibility, Functions, B2B features, expansion stores and the integration work that usually comes with Plus-sized operations. We’ll also tell you honestly whether you need Plus or just good engineering on standard Shopify.
Can you take over a store another agency built?
Regularly. We start with a code and app audit so you know what you’re sitting on, then take it from there. No sniping about the previous developer - everything makes sense in context, and ours is getting your store moving again.
What does Shopify development cost?
Fixed quotes per project: theme customisations at the small end, full custom themes and private apps larger, migrations priced by catalogue and history size. Support arrangements are monthly and modest. You’ll have a number before any work starts.
